Can I get a sample of the fabric?
If you log in or register with us, you can send us a request (Info@DolcevitaFurniture.com) and we will be pleased to send you a swatch of your selected fabric or leather. We always do our best to provide it to you although sometimes some lines take longer, or might be discontinued by our manufacturers. In these cases we will inform you immediately via e-mail.

Can I return a product?
If it is a stock item:
In case you change your mind, you may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Dolcevita within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. If an item has been damaged or otherwise altered after delivery, it won't be accepted for return.
All manufacturers’ or Dolcevita certificates and literature must be returned in full and in good condition.
You must also be aware that there is a restocking fee of 25% of the total value mentioned in the order, and we will deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.
Your refund will be sent to you as soon as we check the returned product. Then, it will take approximately 10 working days to receive your refund.
Otherwise, we could give you a credit of 100% of the total value specified in the order, including delivery, if you want to return it and purchase another product with DolcevitaFurniture.com.
Nevertheless, we also request that you return all manufacturers’ or Dolcevita certificates. Literature must be returned in full and in good condition. Otherwise, we will not accept any return, refund, or exchange.
In a very rare situation, if there is a manufacturer’s defect within the 24 months warranty period, we will either exchange the item or provide a 100% refund to you.
If it is a customized item:
If you ordered a “White Glove Service” delivery, the carrier will take a photo of your installed furniture.
But if you have an issue with a customized product which has been delivered to your location, please inform the delivery carrier about it and indicate it on the delivery note, and take pictures.
After delivery, you still have 7 days to notify us of any discrepancies via e-mail at info@DolcevitaFurniture.com.
A CUSTOMIZED ITEM CAN NOT BE REFUNDED.
If it is a manufacturer’s defect, we will do our best to solve your issue (due to a manufacturer’s defect or damaged furniture before delivery). It might take a few weeks in case we have to recollect the item, solve the issue, and redeliver it to you. As soon as we identify the problem, we will give you an estimate to rectify it (repair, replacement, exchange, etc.). In general, this is an unusual situation because all our products have several control points (3 at the manufacturer’s location, 1 at our shipping company, 2 in our warehouse, and 1 at delivery) and we can guarantee that we are extremely dedicated to deliver only outstanding quality furniture to you.
We will organize the pick up and return shipping of your piece of furniture.
How can I select my fabric, armrests and feet?
Dolcevita enables you to hand pick the type of product you would like to have in your setting, and provides you with a wide selection of fabrics, feet, armrests, etc.
You can send us a request and we will e-mail your quote within 48 hours.
If you log in as a client, you will be able to download all product specification forms (PSF).
What do the fabric codes mean?
The fabric codes are unique to Dolcevita.
These codes help us to get your selected items in the best condition, as soon as possible.
Can I purchase if I live outside the USA?
All our products can be sold in any country in the world. Nevertheless, certain products and markets are controlled by some of our manufacturers. If that is the case, please call us or send us your request via e-mail and we will find the best solution to help you with your project.
