• If it is a stock item:

    In case you change your mind, you may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Dolcevita within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. If an item has been damaged or otherwise altered after delivery, it won't be accepted for return.
    All manufacturers’ or Dolcevita certificates and literature must be returned in full and in good condition.

    Refund:

    You must also be aware that there is a restocking fee of 25% of the total value mentioned in the order, and we will deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.

    Your refund will be sent to you as soon as we check the returned product. Then, it will take approximately 10 working days to receive your refund.

    Exchange:

    Otherwise, we could give you a credit of 100% of the total value mentioned in the order, including delivery, if you want to return it and purchase another product with DolcevitaFurniture.com.

    Nevertheless, we also request that you return all manufacturers’ or Dolcevita’s certificates. Literature must be returned in full and in good condition. Otherwise, we will not accept any return, refund, or exchange.

    In a very rare situation, if there is a manufacturer’s defect, we will either exchange or provide a 100% refund to you, during the 24 month warranty period.

    If it is a customized item:

    If you ordered a “White Glove Service” delivery, the carrier will take a photo of your installed furniture.

    But if you have an issue with a customized product which has been delivered to your place, please inform the delivery carrier about it and indicate it on the delivery note, and take pictures.

    After delivery, you still have 7 days to notify us of any discrepancies via e-mail at info@DolcevitaFurniture.com.

    A CUSTOMIZED ITEM CAN NOT BE REFUNDED.

    If it is a manufacturer’s defect, we will do our best to solve your issue (due to a manufacturer’s defect or damaged furniture before delivery). It might take a few weeks in case we have to recollect the item, solve the issue, and redeliver it to you. As soon as we identify the problem, we will give you an estimate to rectify it (repair, replacement, exchange, etc.). In general, this is an unusual situation because all our products have several control points (3 at the manufacturer’s location, 1 at our shipping company, 2 in our warehouse, and 1 at delivery) and we can guarantee that we are extremely dedicated to deliver only outstanding quality furniture to you.

    We will organize the pick up and return shipping of your piece of furniture.
